Account & Data Deletion Request for Lureesa

If you wish to delete your user account and all associated personal data from AntVantage LLC, please use the secure form below.

What happens when you submit a request:

  • Personal Data Permanently Deleted: Your user profile, custom AI persona preferences, device profile pairing slots, and server-side reminder settings will be completely erased from our active databases.
  • Data Anonymization & Security Retention: To maintain critical security and platform integrity, certain system logs—including emergency crisis detection markers (e.g., self-harm intervention flags)—will be stripped of all personal identifiers and completely anonymized. Because this data is fully anonymized and can no longer be linked to you, it cannot be selectively purged from historical system logs.
  • Legal & Transactional Logs: Basic transactional and billing records for subscriptions are kept securely for financial auditing and tax compliance as required by local laws.
  • Processing Time: Requests are processed and completed within 14 business days.

Important Note on Subscriptions: Submitting this form does not automatically cancel active premium subscriptions. You must manually cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store Account Settings to avoid future billing.
